How Can We Work Together?

You may want to meet with me on your own, as a couple or as a family and we can meet face to face, in walk and talk therapy or we can talk online in a video call or over the telephone.

20-minute consultation

My free 20-minute phone consultation is an opportunity for you to decide if you would like us to work together to help you through the challenges you are facing and what you are feeling. It takes courage to recognise that you may need a helping hand, and someone to help bear that heavy weight you may be carrying, and whilst it can be difficult to turn to people we are close to I offer a safe confidential space for you to be heard, and to explore the issues that may be troubling you, in a non-judgmental way and at your own pace.

Walk and Talk

Therapy provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk to a trained professional about your problems, concerns and feelings. Walk and Talk sessions are a wonderful opportunity to do this whilst walking outdoors in a natural environment that may help you to relax whilst benefiting from both fresh air and gentle exercise. While we walk and talk I will help you to explore your problems, thoughts, feelings and to develop strategies and tools for coping.

Online Sessions

If you are unable to meet up on a regular basis in person, we can talk online, or over the phone.  This makes it easier to fit sessions round your own personal schedule and have regular one to one sessions at any convenience.

Follow up Consultation

Most consultations take place in planned, regular sessions which last for around 50 minutes. How often we see each other and how many appointments you have will depend on your individual circumstances and needs and we will agree that together.
